This Support Policy contains information about the types of support provided and not provided by 100megswebhosting.
Most support issues are supported, but there are rare issues that are not covered. These issues are, but are not limited to:
Custom script making includes the making or writing of scripts, programs or other things that would require large scale coding or scripting.
Heavy script editing includes editing a commercial script for use on a site or a custom script for a website.
Large scale script or program installation / moderation includes installing a script or program that is not required for webhosting or takes more than 30 minutes to modify to install correctly. This is mainly in regards to scripts and programs that would only benefit one person. Programs such as netpbm or imagemagick do not fall in this category since they are required by a large number of sites, is beneficial to a lot of people and does not take heavy editing to work.
Site making or site rewriting / editing includes editing a webpage or making a new page for any respected reason. This also includes long html or site making lessons or WYSIWYG lessons.
